I offer a therapeutic approach that integrates my knowledge and experience in Family Constellations, performance, Transactional Analysis and Somatics.
I have worked primarily as a theatre actor and performer for over twenty years before I became a facilitator of FC. Arts practice has often opened up avenues to explore healing in my life and all the awareness work I have done with breath, body, voice and imagination inform my work deeply as a facilitator of FC.
My practice as a theatre actor involved learning multiple art forms and has drawn from my training in Bharathanatyam, Kalaripayattu, Tai Chi, Devarattam, Laban-Bartenieff work, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais work and Iyengar Yoga among others. I have work credits as a facilitator/teacher, writer, designer and dramaturge in the theatre.
I have been and continue to be very interested in the education sector. I have worked as a full-time teacher in an alternative school in Bengaluru and been in the field of education for many years in various capacities. I am also a researcher, writer and editor for various organisations in the development sector on a wide range of issues in the areas of health, gender and water.
